Testimonials

In 48 years that I live in Ottawa, Theresa is the best Councillor that I know. She knows the issues of the ward extremely well. She is in regular good contact with the community. When the Ottawa Citizen disappears, I rely on her weekly newsletter to learn what going on in the City. On the personal level, when I have difficulty to navigate the bureaucracy, she and her staff are always helpful. That happens on many occasions. Most recently, during the flood on July 1, I felt that somebody should check on my elderly neighbor for her well-being. What could I do? Who could I report? I contacted Theresa’s office by email, expecting a response on the following day, because I expected her office was extremely busy to deal with the flood. Her office and the police contacted me within an hour, even before I had a chance to tell my wife. Theresa and her staff are very timely, alerting me (77+ years old) of things that I should pay attention to protect myself and my spouse. I very much appreciate her (and her staff) effort to keep my family safe during the pandemic. Very memorable, indeed! Most recently, she and her staff are very supportive after the flood on July 1. All emails are replied promptly.
